Loom Techo LTD is a small UK business selling everyday tech, wearables, refurbished phones and laptops. We keep the range small and the standards high — everything we list is something we'd genuinely recommend to a friend.
We're based in the UK and operate remotely, with warehouse and support both handled in-house. That means when you email us, you're talking to the same team that packs your order.
We list things because we've tried them and they hold up. That's the whole selection criterion. If we wouldn't buy it ourselves, it doesn't go on the site.
Every refurbished handset and laptop is factory-reset, battery-tested, and inspected before it goes into stock. Grade A means it's a working device with minimal cosmetic wear — not "as new", not "reconditioned", just honest and clearly labelled.
Questions, feedback, or something you'd like us to consider stocking? Email hello@loomtecho.com. We aim to respond within one working day.
