Every product from Loom Techo LTD is covered by our 12-month warranty from the day it arrives. Refurbished phones, refurbished laptops, wearables and audio — all in scope.
Manufacturing defects, functional failures under normal use, hardware faults not caused by damage or misuse, battery capacity dropping below 80% within the warranty period, and screen or component failures on refurbished units.
Accidental damage (drops, cracked screens, liquid damage unless the device is rated for water), damage from unauthorised repairs, cosmetic wear from normal use, and any modifications.
Email hello@loomtecho.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. For phones and laptops we'll ask for a short video showing the fault, then either send a replacement, repair the unit, or process a refund. Turn-around is typically 5-7 working days.
