Not happy with your order? Loom Techo LTD offers 30-day returns from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Refurbished phones and laptops must be factory-reset (or we can do this for you on receipt).
Email hello@loomtecho.com with your order reference and we'll issue return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please email us before returning. We cover return shipping on faulty items and can often resolve issues faster than a standard return process.
